A tunable gas block is great, but the Adjustable Gas Block from ODIN Works has pin point adjustability and is packed with features. Machined from steel and black nitrided for durability, our adjustable gas block is equipped with with a front facing stainless steel adjustment screw and spring to handle high temperatures. 20 clicks of ball detent adjustment, no set screws needed, simply adjust the stainless screw where you want it and you’re done. An adjustable gas block can reduce your recoil, reduce wear, and allow for a variety of different custom options on your rifle.
A traditional, fixed gas block allows a fixed amount of gas to flow through the system. It's a one size fits all solution for rifles with gas systems. A fixed gas block will almost always be over gassed so that it can cycle the rifle with a variety of ammunition and other variables that effect the rifle cycling. However, there are many downsides to having an over gassed rifle. These downsides include excessive recoil, more wear and tear, running hotter and dirtier, and being less reliable, just to name a few.
A solution to all that? Enter the adjustable gas block. With an ODIN Works Adjustable Gas Block, you'll have 20 pre-set micro adjustments to reduce or increase the gas flow on your rifle. This allows you to run just the right amount of gas to cycle your rifle perfectly, while having minimal recoil (increasing accuracy), run more efficiently and cooler, less wear on your rifle, and allowing customizations such as running different bolt carrier groups, different buffer weights, adding a suppressor, or running different ammunition.
Simply put, an adjustable gas block is one of, if not the most effective way to improve how your rifle runs for the least amount of money.
The ODIN Works adjustable gas block will fit any barrel with .750" diameter and works with any caliber.
