Description
 
The foundation of this all new complete 6mm ARC upper from ODIN Works is a forged or Billet upper receiver bearing the ODIN name. On the upper is an ODIN XCH, eXtended Charging Handle, making charging the gun a much easier task. Inside the upper is a bolt carrier group made from case hardened 8620 steel that has black nitride coating sure to increase service life. The Bolt is “true” Mil Spec dimension and external surfaces are CNC ground after heat treat for a precision fit. We then add the ODIN 6mm ARC Barrel, made from 416R stainless steel. The gas system comes standard with the ODIN adjustable gas block that features 20 clicks of adjustment, Stainless Steel adjustment screw, and black nitride finish that will last thousands of rounds. Bringing the upper all together is your choice of ODIN Works free float forends. ODIN forends are engineered from top to bottom to meet your needs. Continuous picatinny rail, QD holes, light weight, MLOK Forend to make this upper the total package.

PLEASE NOTE: The 21" barrels utilize our .875" gas block and therefore will not fit the Ragna forend.

I didn’t buy this exact kit however I have the barrel and adjustable gas block. This is my first Odin but have built around 30-40 Ar15s several different calibers and the 6mm Arc is my favorite. The gas system has a screw that covers the adjustment screw. Remove the outer screw and adjust the inner on with one round in the mag shoot the one round and continue this process until the bcg locks back with the empty mag. This is a great product and mine shoots under .5 moa and is still not broken in yet. 500 yards is way too easy with this package. 1000 yards soon. Be patient and this company and caliber will not disappoint you. Buy all the Ar15s you can before the radical left take them from us. Hope this helps.

I had my local dealer order a complete 6mm arc upper but what I got was a barrel, forearm, adjustable gas block and gesture.  My dealer had a upper receiver and bcg in stocks so he completed the upper for me rather than reordering the upper.  When I completed the build on my lower and went to the range I found the gas tube would not allow the bcg to extract the fired case. I have taken it back to my dealer and they are going to replace the gas tube as the original one appears to be plugged and the adjustable gas block can't be adjusted to let any pressure into the tube.

The upper came packaged very professionally. I took it to the range and during site in the upper produced one three shot group @ .53" and another @ .64". Very happy with the quality and performance of the upper.
