Outstanding January 19, 2022 Reviewer: Mark from Utah   Have had this barrel for several years and it shoots great. I seen a review someone posted that the customer service is bad and does not email back. Same guy said there is no phone number. There is a phone number listed and I have always received a reply within a couple days anytime I have had a question. Outstanding product and company. Have bought quite a bit from Odin Works and will continue to. Have recommended them to a lot of people and they have never had any issues. Was this review helpful to you?

Nice barrel but poor customer service January 14, 2021 Reviewer: mhkpilot from Sacramento,CA   I ordered this barrel and 2 other items the same day. 2 of the 3 items shipped, but the other item has not. It’s been over 2.5 months now and not a peep from Odin Works. My email inquiries have gone unanswered. There is no phone number to call and contact. If you checked out as a guest there is no way to look up the status, even if you have an order number. But they charged my red it card instantly for the items. I emailed them to cancel my order and give me a refund but have heard nothing. I have 2 more builds I’m currently working on but will be taking my business elsewhere. Was this review helpful to you?

Beautiful piece April 15, 2019 Reviewer: Bobby Chan from Peoria, AZ United States   Received my barrel and was more than happy with it. It is beautiful. Called customer service because I forgot to order a gas tube. Odin Works employee was very friendly and took care of me and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly.
