Nice barrel but poor customer service |

I ordered this barrel and 2 other items the same day. 2 of the 3 items shipped, but the other item has not. It’s been over 2.5 months now and not a peep from Odin Works. My email inquiries have gone unanswered. There is no phone number to call and contact. If you checked out as a guest there is no way to look up the status, even if you have an order number. But they charged my red it card instantly for the items. I emailed them to cancel my order and give me a refund but have heard nothing. I have 2 more builds I’m currently working on but will be taking my business elsewhere.
